The first people to move into Hayfield Wood are a family with two young children. Situated in the historic Wiltshire village of Broad Blunsdon, 75 per cent of the 70 houses and bungalows at the highly popular development have already been pre-sold on an off-plan basis.   

Julie and Craig Hamilton, their five-year-old son Francis and four-year-old daughter Misty have made the six-mile move from Swindon to Broad Blunsdon to upgrade to a luxury new Hayfield home.
