Strakers appointed selling agents for Hayfield Rise

Hayfield has appointed Strakers as selling agents for its £21m development in West Lavington, on the outskirts of Devizes.

Hayfield Rise is a stunning new community of 50 zero carbon ready luxury homes by award winning developer Hayfield, ‘WhatHouse? 2021 Housebuilder of the Year’, on the north edge of the Salisbury Plain, featuring a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom executive houses.

The first homes at Hayfield Rise, located on Lavington Lane, will be available to buy in January 2023 from a marketing suite within the offices of Strakers at 6/7 Market Place, Devizes.
